Returns & Exchange
At FA'RA London, we want you to shop with confidence. Please review our return and exchange policy below before placing your order.
Exchange Policy
FA'RA London offers exchange within 14 days of delivery. Customers must contact our support team to initiate the exchange process.
- The product must be unused and in original condition.
- The original box and packaging must be included.
- The perfume must not be used more than 5%.
- Exchange is only available for 100ML perfumes and gift boxes.
- 3ML testers and 10ML travel-size perfumes are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange Options
- Customers may exchange the product for the same perfume.
- Customers may also exchange it for a different perfume.
- If there is a price difference, the remaining amount must be paid by the customer.
Exchange Charges
For exchanges requested due to personal preference:
- Pickup Charges: PKR 250
- Re-delivery Charges: PKR 250
These charges apply when the customer requests an exchange for another fragrance.
Product Inspection
Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the product.
- If the product is found in proper condition, the exchange will be processed within 3–5 working days.
- If the product is damaged, leaking, broken, used more than 5%, or not in original condition, the exchange request will be rejected.
- In such cases, the same product will be returned to the customer and the complaint will be considered closed.
Return & Refund Policy
FA'RA London does not offer refunds in most situations.
- Refunds are only possible if the product was received damaged or leaked during delivery.
- The customer must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- Photos of the product and packaging may be required for verification.
If the claim is verified, FA'RA London will provide a replacement or refund, and any courier charges incurred due to our error will also be covered.
